Product return / exchange.
If the product has a factory defect, the customer has the right to request the seller to repair/replace the product free of charge, reduce the price or withdraw from the contract.
Repair and replacement of the product are the primary rights of the user. The customer has the right to request the seller to repair or replace the product free of charge, unless this is impossible due to the nature of the product or requires a disproportionate or inappropriately high cost.
The product must be repaired or replaced within 14 calendar days, in such a way that the customer does not face a significant delay, taking into account the nature of the product and the purpose for which he purchased the product.
Repair or replacement of the product free of charge means that the seller will bear all costs (including postage, labor and material costs) necessary to bring the product into conformity with the terms of the contract.
The customer has the right to request a reduction in the price of the product or to refuse the contract if one of the following conditions exists:
a) the product cannot be repaired or replaced;
b) the seller did not repair or replace the product within the stipulated period and the consumer lost interest in the performance of the contract;
c) Repair or replacement of the product by the seller will cause a significant delay to the customer.
In the case of withdrawing from the contract, the customer has the right to demand compensation for damages caused by non-fulfillment of the contract in accordance with the rules established by the legislation of Georgia.
The customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract if the defect of the product is minor.
The trader is obliged to return the amount paid to the customer within 14 calendar days after receiving the notification of return of the item.
If the request to change the product is confirmed, the company will provide the customer with an identical product within 14 calendar days;
If the product is not available at the given moment, the company will refund the paid amount within 14 working days;
If necessary, the purchased product will be stored for 3 months.
Product return conditions:
When returning the product, the customer must have:
payment receipt;
identity document;
Product presented in original packaging.
In case of return of the purchase, the company undertakes to reimburse 100% of the paid amount if:
The product's appearance is preserved and all additional parts that were received at the time of purchase are included.
Product change dates:
If the product is not available at the given moment, the company will refund the paid amount within 14 working days;
If necessary, the purchased product will be stored for 3 months.
Rules for compensation for transport services:
In case of return/exchange of the product by the user, the company will reimburse the cost of delivery if:
The purchase does not correspond to the technical description of the product presented on the website;
The product has a factory defect;
The product was damaged during transportation.
Upon receipt of the products, check the integrity of the purchase and in case of defects, immediately notify the information center.
